Red Refinery Foam Tender

The Red Refinery Foam Tender is a high-performance firefighting vehicle that is designed for burning issues in oil refineries, chemical industries, and large fuel-handling plants. Built on a strong chassis [25-ton GVW 6×4 or 31-ton GVW 8×4], features include the Tata LPT 2518, Ashok Leyland Taurus 2516, MAN 25-280 or 31-280, Volvo FM 400, and Mercedes-Benz Actros, ensuring maximum durability and payload advantage. Powered by diesel, this unit has a 10,000-liter water tank with a foam tank (SS) from 2000 to 7000 liters with optimal fire suppression in flammable liquid fire scenarios.

Equipped with a Godiva/Rosenbauer normal or multi-pressure pump, the system gives 4000–8000 LPM @ 8 bar in normal operation and 350–400 LPM @ 35 for high-pressure systems. The Balance Pressure Foam System is backed by high-efficiency foam pump(Imported) and is run on in manual or automatic mode. Among principal highlights are: manual or unleashed foam monitors (Akron/Iveco), UL-listed Rosenbauer Aqua Foam Monitors, additional DCPs, and CO₂ extinguishers. A Webster Full Torque Drive Engine PTO allows for uncontested data transfer, with international-standard compliance (IS:951/NFPA) delivering the finest results. The body is made of MS/ AL/ SS with AI rolling shutters or door type lockers for rugged storage and quick equipment retrieval.
