Sanitization Chamber
The Sanitization Chamber is an industrially manufactured compact chamber used for the sanitization process. It is 6feet long, 4.25feet wide, and 7.5feet high allowing enough space for a user or an item to move through for cleaning. Made of 1” x 1” M.S. (Mild Steel) square tubes for the chamber, this product has been engineered to outlast other models. It is well enclosed with qualitative PVC sheets, in bright red and white colors in order to facilitate easy visibility and safety. It operates with help of Kirlosker motor for the smooth working of chamber system. To ensure best sanitization, it comes with 6 Danfoss brand WMMA water mist nozzles that spray fine mist of sanitization solution.
Besides, for the misting system, there is 200 liter PVC square tank to hold the liquid. For the safety of its user and effectiveness to help control the spread of the virus pandemic, the chamber is fitted with a Securico make motion sensor that triggers the sanitizing process without the need for direct touch. An ultraviolet (UV) light is also provided within the chamber to aid in disinfection of surfaces through irradiation by UV light as a backup measure.
