Red Multi Purpose Foam Tender
The red multi-purpose foam tender is a high capacity diesel fired vehicle that will be able to perform versatile area suppression on industrial, fuel depot, and high risk areas. Having a chassis of 25 Ton GVW 6×4 (Tata LPT 2518, Ashok Leyland Tauras, MAN, or Volvo), it is designed for the tough performance and reliable operation in the toughest of firefighting scenarios. With a 10,000-liter water tank (MS/SS) and 500-3000-liter stainless steel foam tank, this tender is suitable for a flammable liquid fire and major fire emergencies.
With multi-pressure pumps (3000-6000LPM at7 bar, 250 LPM at 35-40bar), full torque driveline PTO, and a manual/automatic around-the pump foam system, this tender provides powerful and continuous foam discharge. The supplementary fire suppression systems are DCP units (2x75kg up to 1000kg) with monitors and hose reels and multiple 22.5 kg CO₂ cylinders for additional safety. With foam monitors, HP hose reels, masts with lights, and compliant with IS:10460 & IS:951 specification, the tender is built with MS/AL/SS body along with AI rolling shutters or door type enclosures, which ensures durability and efficiency of operation in emergency conditions.
