Large DCP Tender

A large DCP tender by Avinash Fire Protection Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a heavy-duty firefighting truck meant for quick and competent response to Class B and C blazes, especially in chemical plants, oil depots, and industrial areas. This tender is mounted on a 25-ton GVW chassis (Tata LPT 2518, Ashok Leyland Taurus 2516, MAN 25-280 6×4), with a dry chemical powder (DCP) vessel of 3000-4000 kg (2 x 1500/2000 kg cylindrical or spherical tanks). It inherits a robust discharge system with 8–16 nitrogen cylinders (50 L each) and provides 15–40 kg/s modulated support through 4 x 30m hose reels and a DCP monitor for ensuring accurate and long-term firefighting performance.

The tender is also integrated with a full control panel featuring manifolds, valves, pressure regulation, and implementation of optional water tank and pump systems for dual agent capability. Other safety features include 4–6 CO₂ extinguishers (22.5 kg each), a 5 kVA generator, and a light mast for operations at night. The strong body is made up of MS/AL/SS with AI rolling shutters or door-type lockers, and the design offers valid conformity to IS:10993 standards, offering a credible, reliable, and durable design approach, which will facilitate rapid access in critical emergencies.
